Just back from an appearance on LifeCoach TV! It was a lot of fun and the half hour went by so fast! I really enjoyed live TV. I hope people watched it - a friend already E mailed me saying he watched and thought it went well.
Anticipating an event is so different from looking back on it. The rise in confidence that occurs after a new challenge is successfully accomplished will affect all areas of your life.
